1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Astrix Business Optimizer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Astrix2u regarding your use of the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid business account with Astrix2u
Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
Access the Service from a supported geographic region

3. Service Description

Astrix Business Optimizer provides team optimization analysis tools that help organizations evaluate candidate compatibility through risk assessment methodology.

Leader compatibility analysis
Location analysis
Candidate ranking and recommendations
Export capabilities (CSV, PDF)

3.2 Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The Service provides analysis based on pattern recognition methodology. Results are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, or organizational decisions. Always verify recommendations through proper HR processes and professional judgment.

4. Account & Credits

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4.2 Credit Usage

Organization Profile (Org + Leader + Location)	6 credits
Per Team Member (5 compatibility checks)	20 credits

4.3 Refund Policy

NO REFUND POLICY

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes unused credits, service dissatisfaction, account termination, or any other reason. Please ensure you understand this policy before purchasing credits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
Submit false or misleading information
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use analysis results for discriminatory purposes

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is the exclusive property of Astrix2u. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your business purposes.

You retain ownership of data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
We are not liable for decisions made based on analysis results
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months or RM100/£100/USD100, whichever is greater
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astrix2u from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or decisions made based on analysis results.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

Access to the Service will be revoked
Unused credits are forfeited (non-refundable)
Your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law

Malaysia Users

Governed by laws of Malaysia. Courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction.

UK Users

Governed by laws of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
